CASE STUDY / DELL INNOVATEFEST 2026

MEANT.

Fast conversations. Full user control.

MEANT helps AAC users respond in real time without speaking for them.

CORE PRINCIPLEThe user always authors

01 / THE CHALLENGE

Conversations do not wait.

AAC users need time to answer. MEANT helps the conversation make that space.

02 / THE IDEA

Prediction, with a clear final say.

Local context produces timely reply suggestions. The user chooses, types, or uses their AAC board. Nothing speaks without a tap.

“Turn Claim” tells the other person an answer is coming.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

Intelligence that stays in the room.

A Dell GB10 runs speech, context and reply services locally.

If the AI layer stops, AAC and typing still work.

04 / MY CONTRIBUTION

Make the interaction hold up.

I worked on AAC boards, conversation flow, reliability fixes and the live demo.
